Return Process

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the exterior of the box and drop it off at a certified carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned lighting components for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
